Pre-Booking Terms & Conditions

• The pre-booking window is open from 24th Oct to 27th Oct, on the official website Infinixmobiles.in.
• Pre-booking is applicable only for the Infinix GT50 Pro smartphone.
• Each customer can place one pre-booking order during the campaign period.
• Every successful pre-booking is eligible for an Infinix 60W BT Speaker voucher worth ₹5,999, subject to these terms.
• Customers can cancel their
  pre-booking at any time before completing the final payment.
• To complete the purchase, customers must pay the remaining amount on or before 30th Oct using their preferred payment method. Orders will be processed and dispatched only after full payment is received.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

In case of cancellation of the pre-booking, customers must choose one of the following options:

Option 1: Accessories Voucher

• Customers will receive an X60 BT Speaker voucher worth ₹5,999.
• No refund of the pre-booking amount (₹1,999) will be issued in case the above voucher is claimed.

Option 2: Refund

• Customer will receive a full refund of ₹1,999 to the original payment method.
• No voucher or pre-booking benefits will be applicable.
• The selected option, once confirmed, cannot be changed.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days, subject to bank/payment partner timelines.

Accessories Voucher Terms

The voucher can be redeemed only on the official website on the 60W BT Speaker.

• The voucher is valid for one-time use only. Any unused balance will not be carried forward or refunded.
• The voucher is valid until 31st Oct 2026.
• The voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The voucher will be issued only after cancellation is confirmed under Option 1.

Other Terms & Conditions

• The company reserves the right to cancel any order or disqualify benefits in cases including, but not limited to, fraudulent transactions, misuse of the offer, bulk bookings, or suspicious activity.
• Any misuse of vouchers, including unauthorized resale or transfer, may result in immediate cancellation of benefits without notice.
• All offers are subject to product availability and may be modified or withdrawn at the company’s discretion without prior notice.
• By participating in the pre-booking, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
